The Richard Green group of companies (“we”, “us”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of every user who visits www.richardgreen.com (“Site”). The privacy policy sets out how we collect, use and protect information which you provide to us.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time without notification and therefore advise you to regularly review this policy when you visit this Site.

1. OBTAINING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

1.1 We will only collect personal information from you (e.g. name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address) which you provide by completing any forms on the Site, using the Site and /or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us or use the Site.

1.2 You agree that we may obtain, hold and use the personal information you provide for the purpose of providing you with our goods, services and ancillary services including, without limitations:-

2.2 Without prejudice to section 2.1 above, we at our discretion may share your personal information amongst our group companies.

2.3 We may transfer, sell or assign any of the information you provide to us, including personally identifiable information, to third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganisation or liquidation of us or any of our group companies.
